We are involved in the process of building your custom home from beginning to end. Our unique approach to building ensures that you know what to expect each step of the way and ultimately get the home of your dreams. Here is what you can expect from us:
- Outline exactly what you want to spend on your custom home.
- Match your budget with options to meet your needs.
- Create your dream list of features.
- Produce plans for your custom home if needed. If you have your own plans, we will build from those.
- Price your house.
- Finalize contract and plans upon approval from you.
- Offer help with colors, fixtures, etc. from our decorator, Victoria Woodward (included in price of your custom home).
- Build your custom home while keeping you up-to-date on progress.
